Question: Google analytics doesn’t let some websites work like vimeo ?
I think i have a virus, everytime i go to certain websites like vimeo it gets redirected within a second of going to it and goes to a blank page but still says vimeo in the URL, but says “waiting for google-analytics” on the bottom left corner and stays that way and i cant get to the website no matter how hard i try. I tried a bunch of browsers, no work. I don’t use google analytics i have never heard of it either. Help?

Try clearing your browsers cache, browsing history and site preferences. You may also try to use the private browsing mode with all add-ons disabled.
Restart the browser and try again. It will work

No. A good website admin will make sure you have to login to see stats. There are some that are available but you have to know the url.
Question: I can’t get on Warwick university’s website because when I try it says something about “google analytics”?
The page goes white, at the bottom of firefox it says “connecting to google-analytics.com”, then it says “transfering data from jsc.google-analytics.com” and then it continues doing that until i get bored and stop watching.
Wtf? I can access the site at school. Help me please

Google analytics is a part of google which can be used to monitor site access. Sometimes it performs poorly, and sounds like that’s happening to you.
You can wait a while to see if it improves, or have your browser block that site, so it won’t load that content when you go to that page.

Google Analytics is a web traffic log. It keeps track of the number of hits your site is getting, where they are referenced to your site (i.e., what links they clicked on to get there, etc.) and a bunch of other traffic information. You can find out more at

Question: Why does it say at the bottom of my browser “google analytics” when I don’t have anything google related?
My internet has been running slow lately, and I’ve also noticed that almost every way page says “google analytics” at the bottom bar of the browser. Sometimes taking me to google even though I type a different site in the url.
How do I get rid of it?

sounds like you have installed the google toolbar getting rid of it can be awkward search google toolbar removal on yahoo search
